This Privacy Policy explains how Frank August, LLLP ("Frank August," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit frankaugust.com (the "Site") or interact with our marketing communications. This Policy applies to the Frank August public-facing website only. Purchases initiated on the Site are processed by our independent ecommerce partner, Flaviar Checkout, which has its own separate privacy policy that governs information collected during checkout.

Information you provide directly

Contact details such as name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter, SMS list, or contact us.
Mobile phone number if you opt in to receive SMS messages from us.
Age confirmation when you enter the Site (we do not retain individual age verification data beyond session use).
Any information you choose to share when you contact us, comment, or otherwise interact with the Site or our social channels.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and use of the Site, including:

Flaviar Checkout: When you click a "Buy" button on the Site, you are routed to Flaviar Checkout, which collects and processes information necessary to complete your transaction under its own privacy policy.
Advertising and analytics partners: We may, in the future, work with advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok) for purposes such as conversion measurement, retargeting, and audience building. Some of these activities may qualify as "sharing" or "selling" under certain state privacy laws (see "Your privacy rights" below). We will update this Policy if and when such activities begin.

Our cookie consent is managed through Pandectes, a third-party consent management platform that records your preferences and ensures non-essential cookies are not loaded until you provide consent.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can manage your preferences using the cookie consent banner described above.

5. Email and SMS marketing

If you opt in to our email or SMS list, we will send you marketing messages about Frank August. You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any message. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS.
